Andrew's journey to a career in property was an unusual but compelling one. The child of a diplomat, he lived in a variety of different countries growing up, giving him a broad-based appreciation of different cultures and an intuitive ability to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds.

Back in Australia for good, a degree in science and mathematics at Melbourne University pre-dated roles spanning training, IT, change management and analytics, with a clear love of customer interaction and connection emerging as the common theme.
