For the best part of two decades, the thrill of being a part of his clients’ transitions through the different property stages of their lives has continued to be the driving force behind Gus prosperous sales career. Helping people buy their first home, upgrading to their second or
third, purchasing investment properties or then downsizing later on, Gus’ focus is firmly on
relationships rather than transactions.

Gus was born and bred in Altona to a tight-knit family of property professionals, learning the language of the market even before he learned to count. Joining the industry at the first opportunity, Gus started out with the goal of becoming the best in the business, living and
breathing real estate.

As the co-director of hockingstuart’s highly successful Altona office along with brother Anthony for many years, the family business re-branded to Ray White in 2022, joining Australia’s largest real estate family. This exciting transition has enabled access to world class services and support for the team and its clients, as well as a national reach - both of which are critical to maximise outcomes in today’s property landscape. 

A fully licensed agent and auctioneer, Gus is supported by Phoebe Taylor, allowing him to effectively balance the demands of his personal portfolio with the critical responsibilities of business leadership.

Gus, his partner and their three sons continue to live locally with close ties to the community.
